President Cyril Ramaphosa on Wednesday said that the South African government would forge ahead with the policy of expropriating land without compensation, but said that wholesale expropriation and illegal land grabs would not be allowed. "We are going on with land reform and we will utilise land expropriation without compensation as one of the measures that can be used. There won't be wholesale expropriation without compensation as people feared," Ramaphosa said.
